السقوط من الرؤى المتكررة التي تثير القلق، وقد فصّل المفسّرون في معناه بحسب موضع السقوط وارتفاعه وحال الرائي بعده. وكثيرٌ من رؤى السقوط المفاجئ عند النوم إنما هي من حديث النفس واضطراب البدن لا تأويل لها، والرؤيا لا تُقطَع وإنما تُفسَّر بحسب حال صاحبها — والعلم عند الله تعالى.

دلالات السقوط بحسب موضعه

• السقوط من مكانٍ مرتفع كجبلٍ أو سطح — قد يدل على زوال جاهٍ أو منصبٍ أو ضعفٍ في أمرٍ كان الرائي متمسكاً به، أو تقصيرٍ ينبغي تداركه.
• السقوط من جبل ثم النجاة دون أذى — بشارةٌ بتجاوز محنةٍ وحصول الفرج بعد خوف.
• السقوط في ماءٍ صافٍ أو بحرٍ والخروج منه سالماً — قد يدل على دخول همٍّ ثم خروجٍ منه إلى خير.
• السقوط في حفرةٍ أو بئرٍ مظلم — قد يدل على مكرٍ أو فتنةٍ أو التباسٍ في أمر، فيُتحرّى الحذر وحُسن التوكل.
• السقوط دون ألمٍ ولا خوف — أخفّ في التأويل، وقد يكون تنبيهاً لا وعيداً.

السقوط والحال النفسي

• من كان يشعر في يقظته بضغطٍ أو خوفٍ من فقد شيء، فقد ينعكس ذلك سقوطاً في منامه، وهو أقرب إلى حديث النفس.
• السقوط المتكرر قد يدعو صاحبه إلى مراجعة أسبابٍ في يقظته: عملٍ مرهق أو قلقٍ أو تفريطٍ في أمرٍ مهم.
• النهوض بعد السقوط في الرؤيا والوقوف من جديد — إشارةٌ حسنة إلى العزم والتوبة والعودة إلى الصواب.

دلالات السقوط محتملة لا قاطعة، وتختلف باختلاف الارتفاع والموضع وحال الرائي وما تبع السقوط من نجاةٍ أو أذى. ومن رأى ما يكره فليستعذ بالله من شرها ولا يُحدِّث بها، فإنها لا تضرّه بإذن الله — والعلم عند الله تعالى.

• Falling from a height such as a roof — may point to a loss of standing or rank, weakness in something the dreamer clung to, or a shortcoming to put right.

• Falling into clear water or the sea and emerging safely — entering a worry then coming out of it toward good.

Falling and one's inner state

• Someone under waking pressure or fear of losing something may see this reflected as falling — closer to the self's own chatter.
• Repeated falling can invite the dreamer to review waking causes: exhausting work, anxiety, or neglect of something important.
• Rising after a fall and standing again is a good sign — resolve, repentance, and a return to what is right.
